Staying on the first floor offered a lovely view of the garden. While the room seemed a bit neglected around the edges and skirting, the hotel is conveniently located near the tube station and shops. I had a really good stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and had everything we needed, but a bit more room space would have been great. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect location, just a stone's throw away from family, with superb access to all amenities and public transport.
